SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Nurse Decoded Inc. (“Nurse Decoded”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages related to:

• Workshop confirmations and reminders
• Certification notifications and renewal reminders
• Event updates and follow-ups
• Consultation confirmations
• Marketing communications about upcoming training opportunities

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology to the mobile number you provided.

2. Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Nurse Decoded in accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may withdraw your consent at any time.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services (e.g., workshop registration, certification renewal cycles, event participation).

We reserve the right to modify the frequency of messages at any time.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please contact your mobile provider for details.

Nurse Decoded is not responsible for any charges billed by your carrier.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying “STOP” to any message received
• Clicking an unsubscribe link (if included)
• Contacting us directly at info@nursedecoded.com

After you send “STOP”, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

You may reply “HELP” at any time for assistance.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Nurse Decoded.

7. Change of Mobile Number

If you change or transfer your mobile number, you agree to either:

• Reply “STOP” from your previous number, or
• Notify us at info@nursedecoded.com

This helps prevent messages from being sent to unintended recipients.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We use service providers such as Mailchimp to deliver SMS communications. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

9. Changes to Messaging Terms

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our SMS messaging program at any time.
